Chris leads the coaching side of Elevatory®, working with established owners on the decisions that actually move a business — pricing, structure, the first senior hire, and working out which single constraint is holding everything else still. His view is that most businesses aren't short of effort or ideas; they're stuck against one thing nobody has named yet.
Before coaching, Chris spent 17 years as a CEO and General Manager — running a multi-site fitness and wellness operation and leading national coaching management across 68 Fernwood franchise locations, including building a registered training organisation from the ground up. He has run, staffed and scaled the kind of businesses he now advises, which is a different thing from having studied them.
He has been in the coaching industry for 30 years, the last five focused specifically on business coaching for Australian owners in dental, allied health, trades and professional services. Chris is an Advanced DISC Consultant and holds a Mini MBA, an Advanced Diploma in Business and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. He has completed Keith Cunningham's 4 Day MBA and Money and You. He works from the Sunshine Coast with clients across Australia.
