Business coaching for women

Coaching built by women who've scaled real businesses

For established Australian founders past $150K who want a business coach, not a motivational speaker.

The Constraint Map shows which of four walls (lead flow, conversion, profit or owner load) is holding your revenue back right now. It starts with a short video and four quick questions.

Founded in 2014. Still run by operators.

Anna Jonak founded Elevatory® in 2014, at a point when most business coaching aimed at women was long on encouragement and short on strategy. Her position was blunt and it hasn't changed: founders don't need permission to grow, they need a plan with numbers attached. That approach has since taken more than 2,500 Australian businesses through offer development, funnels, paid ads and pricing.

Nikki Turner leads Elevatory today. The team behind her carries 45+ years of combined experience across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing and website conversion, and runs a boutique marketing agency alongside the coaching — which means the tactics in your plan are ones we're spending our own money on this month.

Twelve years is long enough to have coached through a pandemic, an iOS privacy overhaul that broke ad tracking industry-wide, and every algorithm change in between. That history is the reason we're conservative about tactics and aggressive about fundamentals.

We're not here to help you find your purpose. We're here to help you make money.

Why this is different

Four things, stated plainly, that decide whether an engagement with us works.

You bring numbers to every session

Revenue, margin, ad spend, conversion rate, email list growth. We open the accounts on the call. A session that produces a feeling and no decision is a session we've both wasted.

We say no to things

Most founders arrive with too many offers, too many channels and not enough spend behind any of them. Half of the first quarter is usually removing work, not adding it.

Implementation happens with you, not at you

We build the funnel alongside you, sit in the ad account with you, and write the flow structure with you — so the capability stays in your business when the engagement ends.

We have run the businesses we coach

Elevatory operates a boutique marketing agency behind the coaching. Every recommendation has been paid for out of our own ad budget before it reaches your plan.

We're kind, but we're direct. You'll be challenged on pricing you've avoided raising, offers you've kept out of loyalty, and hours you're spending on work that should have been delegated two years ago. That's the job.

The Elevatory Podcast

Long-form conversations with Australian founders about what the growth actually cost: pricing decisions, ad budgets that didn't work, hires made too late, and the numbers behind the milestones. No highlight reels.

How we work

How we work

Every engagement starts with a written scope.

Every engagement starts with a written scope: what we will build together, who is responsible for what, and how we will measure it. You will know the plan, the milestones and the review points before you commit. Full terms are set out in our Client Terms and Conditions.

Who you'll work with

Chris Turner, Owner & Head Coach

Before coaching, Chris spent 17 years as a CEO and General Manager, running a multi-site fitness and wellness operation and leading national coaching management across 68 Fernwood franchise locations. He has run, staffed and scaled the kind of businesses he now advises, which is a different thing from having studied them.

Frequently asked questions

No. We coach men and mixed founding teams too. But Elevatory was founded by a woman, is led by a woman, and most of the 2,500+ businesses we've worked with since 2014 are women-led — so if you want a marketing coach for entrepreneurs who has run the same gauntlet you're running, that's what you get here.
